Biden EPA gave a $20 million grant to his own "environmental justice" adviser WHILE SHE WAS STILL WORKING FOR HIM

You keep changing the subject and pretending that your point is the point of the discussion, It isn't.

Federal immigration law trumps (pardon the pun) state sanctuary law and policy, and the important difference between a state’s or city’s (a) decision not to help the feds (which it is allowed to do) and (b) positive obstruction or interference with the feds (which it is forbidden from doing).
Homan made clear that the feds would not attempt to commandeer state and city officials. He acknowledged that such officials have no duty to help federal immigration agents. But they may not interfere with the agents in the execution of their duties or take affirmative steps to conceal or shield illegal immigrants from federal law enforcement.
Which is exactly what sanctuary cities are doing.

And you've yet to point out any affirmative action that anyone has taken to conceal or shield illegal immigrants.

This is the type of blatant, in your face corruption communist and Democrat dictatorships are known for.

Thank you, DOGE, for uncovering the MASSIVE money-laundering and corruption we endured for the past 4 years (and beyond).

and this is just the very tiny tip of a gigantic iceberg .. in the coming months the American people will absolutely shocked at the enormity of waste and fraud committed by the left .. the light being shined on the dem party may lead to its ultimate destruction ..

They aren't doing that. ICE is perfectly able to do their jobs, just they don't get to comandeer others to do so.
Nobody is saying they are or need to.

As far as is nobody doing that? I don't know, some people have, hence why there is a crime against it.

DOGE keeps making claims about fraud and when called out on it, they back up to waste.

As for what constitutes waste, it appears that's just anything they don't like. It's a meaningless term.

Just so we all know, this is what the grant funded:
State/Territory: Tennessee Lead Applicant: Young, Gifted, & Green Statutory Partner: Green & Healthy Homes Initiative Application Name: Mid-South Environmental Justice Center In Support of Healthy Communities in Memphis Track: Track I TIA Category: n/a Funding amount: $20 million 36

Summary: Young, Green, & Gifted will establish a new Mid-South Environmental Justice Center to address critical community needs around energy efficiency, housing, indoor air quality, clean water infrastructure, and workforce development. Green & Healthy Homes Initiative will implement a Whole Home Model Initiative in Memphis to remove lead hazards and install energy efficiency upgrades in 150 low-income Memphis homes. The project will administer a grant fund, the Energy Equity Grant Fund for Small Businesses, to support small businesses that want to invest in energy-efficiency updates, solar panel installation, appliance replacements, and other activities. The project also will transform blighted parcels into greenspace through a new Resilient Community Initiative Grants program.

Apparently conservatives think getting lead out of water supply is wasteful.

I hope that no conflict of interest arises while Trump and Musk are still in power. Greed never dies! lol. :)

👉 The search results do not provide specific details on how the EPA justified the grant to Young, Gifted & Green despite the conflict of interest. However, such grants are typically awarded based on merit and alignment with program goals. The EPA might have followed standard procedures for evaluating grant applications, but the conflict of interest involving LaTricea Adams, who was both an EPA adviser and the CEO of Young, Gifted & Green, raises questions about the process's integrity. For a detailed justification, one would need to consult EPA's official statements or documents related to the grant award.

👉 To prevent similar conflicts of interest in the future, organizations like the EPA can implement several measures:

Develop a Written Conflict of Interest Policy: Clearly define what constitutes a conflict of interest and outline procedures for disclosure and management.

Annual Disclosure and Certification: Require covered individuals to disclose potential conflicts annually and certify compliance with the policy.

Formal Review Process: Establish an independent committee to review disclosed conflicts and determine appropriate actions.

Mitigation Strategies: Implement measures such as recusal from decision-making processes to mitigate identified conflicts.

Training and Awareness: Provide regular training on conflict of interest policies anprocedures.

Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of conflicts and actions taken.

They might! I don't deny that. However, the facts of the case are not really in dispute. The question is whether Trump is allowed to get away with fraud or not. It has nothing to do with prosecutorial misconduct.
Agreed, the facts are not in dispute. The $494,000,000 fine is the issue. The normal fine is much less.
That's absurd. You'd be implying that anyone who fails to achieve a conviction is guilty of prosecutorial misconduct, but that's not what it means. There's been no allegations that prosecutors did anything illegal.
Letitia ran on "getting Trump" who was running for president. The prosecution and the fine are prosecutorial misconduct as well as election interference. Lawfare needs to be prosecuted.

The facts show he committed fraud. I don't care if the fine is reduced, he's still a fraudster.

This is total nonsense. First, the fine can't be considered prosecutorial misconduct since it is set by the JUDGE. Calling it election interference is likewise nonsense. I honestly don't even know what law could possibly apply and I doubt you do either.

To be prosecutorial misconduct, you'd have to show that the prosecution lied or concealed facts/evidence. That just didn't happen here.

Detainers are not legally binding. They're voluntary requests.
OK, but you asked what affirmative acts that anyone has taken to conceal or shield illegal immigrants.

Purposefully ignoring detainers from ICE is an affirmative act that shields illegal immigrants.

There's no reason for YOU to believe it, because your religion won't allow you to.

No, there’s no reason to believe it because no one at DOGE has any experience, never did an audit, know nothing about what they’re looking at.

The make up half assed lurid claims that they spread on X, to a gullible unquestioning audience (you).

I don’t know what “religion” has to do with anything.

DOGE is a gimmick, nothing more.

20 million to a Spanish teacher, xiden supporter for environmental science is both fraud, waste and abuse
