Biden EPA gave a $20 million grant to his own "environmental justice" adviser WHILE SHE WAS STILL WORKING FOR HIM

You've addressed nothing but your own subjective, contorted view of this whole thing, designed to do nothing but make you feel good (until the prosecutions begin)

Yes I did. I don't post anything I don't read.
It is very consistent with what I’ve been saying. Local governments are not required to cooperate with ICE.

Of course they are. The Illinois sanctuary law I posted shows that as clear as day. Police are being REQUIRED to not comply with ICE.
Of course they’ll comply with ICE, but only when they have legally valid judicial warrants. They can’t stop ICE from doing anything.

Only if the federal laws are constitutional. The law cannot compel people to The law cannot compel people to act on behalf of the federal government in the vast majority of circumstances. In the case of 8 USC 1324, they're not violating the law whatsoever.
Oh, aren't you clever ? Your absurd constant repetition of "The law cannot compel people to act on behalf of the federal government" is like a car stuck in the mud, and spinning its wheels, and going nowhere.

For the 10th time, the law can stop state & local govts from stopping their police from acting on behalf of the federal government, and arrest then when they do that. That's what it says. Can you read English ?

It and also execute sanctuary bums, if their laws contributed to people getting killed.

So, it is all just a matter of time before the deportation work gets done, and then prosecutions begin. Sanctuary governors, mayors, etc can theater all they want, appeal this appeal that, there is no way they are going to defy US Code 8, Section 1324 in front of the US Supreme Court (if it would even need to go that far).

State and local police and state and local jails are under the jurisdiction of state and local laws. State and local governments are perfectly within their rights to tell those entities under their jurisdiction what they can and can’t do.

The state couldn’t pass a law telling a private citizen what they can do for ICE.

Stop changing the subject, Mr DODGE.
That is the subject.

Are you claiming state and local governments can’t pass laws about what the state and local law enforcement can do? Don’t be absurd.

Perhaps you could explain exactly how they are abiding by USC 1324.
In this country, the accuser has to explain exactly how they’re violating the law.

I believe others have spelled that out pretty well. As does the article I posted.

And the one who claims they are not violating the law should be able to say specifically why they are following the law.

The article made no case or reference to state and local governments violating any laws.

I can say they’re following the law by pointing out that no legitimate case exists that they are breaking it.

Trump doesn't care about the laws. He thinks he is the law.

What do you know. The conservatives in SCOTUS changed the rules to suit a political purpose. I’m shocked.

The moderates and lefties on the court in Sebelius modified the rules to protect ******* Obamacare, and you used that as an example you dumb shit.
