My interpretation of the offense was mis-valuing a Trump property on a form, that the lender should have known the value of. Not a big deal, no one was scammed, no one lost any money. Not a crime.Your professor’s political opinion isn’t worth much. The court matters a lot more. It doesn’t change the fact that you grossly misrepresented the case as “making one mistake” on a form.
No, Turley did not say anything about punishing the crooks for their lawfare. I'm all about embracing LAWFARE, prosecutorial misconduct and election interference. Next time the commies will think twice before running on "Getting Trump" or whomever they want to target with lawfare.Does your law professor say anything about that?
