WASHINGTON — The Biden administration is considering taking unilateral action without Congress to make it harder for migrants to pass the U.S.-Mexico border, say three U.S. officials with knowledge of the deliberations.

Biden proposes spending $1.3 billion for these handy dandy Trump scar crows to be displayed all across the border. After being tested already on recent immigrants crossing the border, immigrants could be seen screaming and running back towards Central America.

They were outlawed in DC because they had the same effect on democrats.
