WHO is ignoring the courts? Obumma got slapped down numerous times by SCOTUS for exceeding his authority and never just ignored them. But if Joe needs more then the GOP better get started getting their impeachment cases ready after next Fall. Any recalcitrant behavior by Joe is only going to weigh more heavily on him as time goes on.

They withdrew it due to the SCOTUS ruling. Not sure why it took them a couple weeks to do so. Not like you can challenge the ruling.

I would say in the end Biden got what he wanted, the rule made people who might not have gotten the vaccine get it due to the pending rule.

As for the people that got fired, they were fired for going against the individual employers requirements, those were not addressed at all by SCOTUS.

The case had nothing to do with the employers that implemented a vaccine policy on their own.
