The House isn't much better.
Only two parties got elected. Why? Because of the system. It leads to negative voting.

The Germans have PR and they have a 5% cut off which leads to about 6 viable political parties. The Danes have PR with a 2% cut off which leads to about 10 viable political parties.

2 political parties might as well be a dictatorship, certainly you don't get a proper vote.
