Bernie Sanders Economics Plans Don't Add Up.

Anyone with math skills exceeding the second grade will figure this out. Everyone else is willfully ignorant or too entranced by the promises of free shit to see the forest through the trees.

I'd also like to know if dynamic analysis or static analysis is being used by Sanders. Something tells me...

I'm actually okay with Bernie, but I'd probably trust the economists more than his campaign.

And if even Krugman calls the numbers "embarrassing", well....
.

perhaps if the fraud and abuse and 'black' defense budget was cut by $100 billion it could pay for itself, otherwise, I agree his plans are unfeasible and pie in the sky.... let alone the fact that nothing in his plans could be done without Congress, and that in and of itself would be a miracle.

I encourage everyone to go to Bernie's web site and read how he outlines the issues he feels he can address and how he feels he can solve them. As you read his solutions, ask yourself, how's he going to do that?

Short of dictatorial powers and a Red Chinese People's Army level of coercion to pound this massive square peg through an impossible little round hole, they won't work.

Still hope he gets the nomination over Hillary.

I don't know why Bernie is acting like he has to raise taxes for anything he wants to do. Federal Taxes aren't even used to fund anything. Federal taxes are 'collected' and destroyed. Monetary sovereign governments literally spend money into existence from thin air. They don't need to "borrow it." They don't need to "raise taxes" to spend, that's not the purpose of taxation. Taxes are used to destroy private sector spending power so that the government can spend on real resources without pushing the economy past it's capacity and causing inflation. How do you guys think we paid for the iraq war? That's just one example. (Taxes lower AD and create a demand for the us currency as well.)

Bernie and Bernie-bots are hoping that poor people some day will create jobs.............an' I hope they all are holding their breath!
The economy will collapse if income inequality continues to get worse and people just keep saving.. now imagine the us govt stops adding new dollars for people to spend..

Especially if there is no new significant job creation..........:boobies:.

That's what happens when the public sector is vilified and the us government isn't pursuing policies of full employment.

Kevin Thorpe is the chairman of the partnership of chronic disease. Corrupt cankles says addiction is a chronic disease. She also has a ten billion dollar initiative to fight addiction.
They have also worked together in the past

Does this mean Biden won't cure cancer?

Surprised? Yeah me neither. With all the FREE stuff he wants to give away I was never sold on the idea that my taxes would only go up 2.2% (or 2.5?) and I'd save upwards of 3-5K/year.

These are LIBERAL economists:

Progressive Economists Say Bernie Sanders’ Economic Plans Don’t Add Up

If Sen. Sanders is elected to the office of President he will have an impossible time passing any aspect of his agenda, if the GOP continues to use the power of the filibuster and fear mongering by equating Democratic Socialism to the totalitarian regimes in Russian, China and N. Korea they will likely continue to be in the majority in Congress.

I imagine four years of stalemate should he be elected. That said, Sen. Sanders has created a following of young, intelligent and aware citizens, who reject Corporatism and have watched how greed on Wall Street has done great harm to Main Street and their middle class parents.

Their indebtedness, from high tuition and the cost of books, has made them poor before they secure employment, and few jobs will provide them the income necessary to be solvent for a decade or more. If the GOP does not change coudrse and learn from the reaction of the youth, and others who listen and nod their head in agreement with his stump speech, we will have the doldrums for another four years.
