Learning the truth turns one into a very Jew Wise person. Seeing the links between things etc. Just takes a LITTLE BIT of digging....but a comfortable lie is easier to swallow than the hard truth. Why are there so many Jew-haters in this country? Where did they come from?

I think he just did....
The congregation traces its history to 1740 when a number of Jews organized themselves for services meeting in private homes. The congregation came to acquire a Torah scroll in 1761 and met in a private residence on Sterling Alley. The congregation moved to a building on Cherry Street in 1771, chartered itself as an organization in 1773,[3] and dedicated its first building in 1782. It is estimated that in 1775, the city of Philadelphia had a population of approximately 35,000 of whom 300 were Jewish.[4]Benjamin Franklin was an earlier contributor to its building fund.

The burden of proof always lies with the person stating a "fact," never with the person dismissing it for lack of evidence.

Not really. The book was free if you donated something. They even said people would only donate a 1$ just to be a smart ass because it cost more than that to send the book.I donated 1$ to the Sanders campaign. That doesn't make me a Sanders supporter...I merely wanted his book.

Wikipedia said so it must be true!Franklin Prophecy - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
"The Franklin Prophecy", sometimes called "The Franklin Forgery", is an antisemiticspeech falsely attributed to Benjamin Franklin, warning of the supposed dangers of admittingJews to the nascent United States. The speech was purportedly transcribed by Charles Cotesworth Pinckney during the Constitutional Convention of 1787, but was unknown before its appearance in 1934 in the pages of William Dudley Pelley'sSilver Legion pro-Nazi weekly magazine Liberation. No evidence exists for the document's authenticity, and some of the author's claims have actively been disproven.

"It is now no more that toleration is spoken of as if it were the indulgence of one class of people that another enjoyed the exercise of their inherent natural rights, for, happily, the Government of the United States, which gives to bigotry no sanction, to persecution no assistance, requires only that they who live under its protection should demean themselves as good citizens in giving it on all occasions their effectual support."
-- George Washington; from letter to Hebrew Congregation of Newport, Rhode Island (Aug. 21, 1790)
"Your sect, by its sufferings, has furnished a remarkable proof of the universal spirit of religious intolerance inherent in every sect, disclaimed by all while feeble, and practised by all when in power. Our laws have applied the only antidote to the vice, protecting our religious as they do our civil rights, by putting all men on an equal footing. But more remains to be done; for altho' we are free by the law, we are not so in practice; public opinion erects itself into an inquisition, and exercises its office with as much fanaticism as fans the flames of an auto de fe."
-- Thomas Jefferson; from letter to Rabbi Mordecai Noah (May 28, 1818)
