What has happened to Canada?

Nothing. It is te same country as it was 30 years ago. The difference is the Ckmmunication Age exposed us. The world changed and evolved, we didn't, we turned our bacm on our own Charter.of Rights. America, Japan and other nations with true Western values now know it thanks to the internet. Our own agencies and politicians underestimated how important civil rights were to our goodwill, reputation and economy.
