Our military and intelligence leaders have known for 45 years the problems with Iran. No President until the present one was stupid enough to believe they were smarter than the Generals and intelligence agencies and chose to attack Iran.
It's bad when hostile nations screw us but it's worse when our own government is doing it.

Ours in the Midwest rose to $5 because a refinery shut down. It's still at $4.69
Ours in Texas rose from $2.89 to $4.09 starting from 28 February 2026 when Trump started Operation Epstein Distraction in Iran to today. Our gas is a little cheaper than the rest of the nation due, in part, to low taxes but mainly because we are closer to the refineries thus saving on transportation costs.
