Factually incorrect. The Covid bubble caused the high oil prices throughout 2021. Russia's invasion caused higher prices in 2022. The year over year active rig count dropped from 955 in 2019, to 250 in 2020. Biden didn't do that. Biden did a horrible job stopping drilling, the rig count nearly tripled by 2023. Worst war on oil ever, we increased production by over 2 mbd.

They started rising in 2020, After world oil producers cut production in response to the pandemic. The effects of the Russian invasion didn't happen until early 2022.

I did hear this morning that Trump may have come to the realization that he lost his war and that he may be willing to end his aggression towards Iran. They'll save "nuclear talks" for future time.

Yesterday, a person from the administration said that prices will drop to somewhere slightly above what it was before the conflict started. That is not good enough. We were promised to $2.50 and even below that easily. Prices dropping on food and other products. The major parties use the stock market to their advantage. Main street subgroups are different than wall street. And there are a lot of subgroups trying to survive. Even the Progressive Communists are lying low on it compared to what they could be emanating. A growing number of people are suffering. Strangely this makes me think both sides are in cahoots with the Iranian conflict.
