Average Gas Price Hits $4.30 A Gallon

Sorry Putin invaded Ukraine in 2014…there was no spike

And again in Feb 2022…gas prices were already surging

The current spike is because Iran shut the straits down…the operation started in Feb, there was.No immediate spike

You are repeating debunked propaganda
Actually, there was a spike. Just not as drastic since the response to Russia invading Ukraine wasn't as drastic.

The Illegal Annexation was mostly bloodless and didn't result in a full fledged assault on the fledgling breakaway democracy. I wonder if Europe would have come together to defend them in 2014. The Russian gas station was looking pretty good to them.....

There was not one…but in post 290 i linked a number of them….clearly other things impacted it as well…such as his failed covid response, and failed foreign policy
I asked you what you think caused the spike in 2022 but you show me an article that has nothing to do with the Russian invasion of Ukraine, which is what caused the has spike in 2022.

by the end of 2014 over 4700 people were killed....bloodless? What the F are you even talking about?

No, I included that month. I showed the price pre-covid in the US compared to the beginning of the recovery.
Not sure what you are calling pre-covid then....Covid existed before Feb. So you are adding two months together? ok...it still only dropped forty cents from March to April....like I said.

The U.S. nationwide average gas price has climbed to $4.30 per gallon as of Thursday, according to data from the American Automobile Association (AAA), a four-year high, as American drivers feel the squeeze at the pump.

Gas prices rose 7¢ on Thursday, up from $4.23 on Wednesday, according to AAA data. The last time average U.S. gas prices topped $4.15 a gallon was in April 2022, shortly after Russia launched its full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

Gas prices have been rising since the U.S. and Israel's war in Iran began on February 28, when a gallon cost $2.98.

The Supreme Court won't be able to bail you out on that.
$8.02 for petrol $9.60 for diesel (per 1 US gallon) in the UK.

$4.30 a squeeze :laughing0301:

The Russian Annexation of Crimea. You're talking about the separatist war in the Donbass region, only backed by Russian irregulars.

I am talking about the Russian invasion in 2014. It was all part of Putin’s invasion

Ukraine responded militarily to the separatist. Russia armed them and may very well have fought with them to. It didn't matter, the Ukrainians were tougher than the Russian thought they would be.

Russian Soldiers were sent to Crimea and there were no widespread battles for the territory with the Ukrainian military. Russia didn't try to advance further. The market calmed down oil prices dropped.

They responded to Putin's invasion...yes that we all agree.

Russia didn't try to advance further? What are you talking about? You contridict yourself in your own post

No relief in sight.

The Iranian regime is desperate to maintain their oppressive power....no doubt about that...the attack on one of hte many Arab allies of the US, was done in response to the US sinking 6 Iranian boats, as it opened the strait....we also were able to get a number of our mercentant ships through
