Please tell me, as a criminal defense attorney, have you had a case or cases that you have declined based on the offense and case details which, to you, prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt??
I'm wondering how some of you do it... And I get why... Money and bragging rights or notoriety, but damn!! How do you deal with having such a fractured moral compass?? To fight for someones freedom, who deserves nothing less than to be locked away for life seems a bit excessive for a little thing called money... And i get it... "it'd rather be 1,000 guilty men walk free than 1 innocent man be jailed" but innocent men are still falsely accused and jailed... Why the need for 1,000 guilty men to have freedom??
