As Trump Whines About Indictment, House Republicans Begin Obstruction Of Justice Attempts

If they change the day they arrest him it's because they are scared. They know its political and they are committing political suicide.

You would never know if you flew on airplanes I worked on because I don't sign my name on the side of the plane, dumbfuck.
Actually Michael Cohen went to Jail for basically the Same Crime... on Trump's behalf.

Trump-allied Reps. Jim Jordan, James Comer, and Bryan Steil are demanding Bragg turn over all information about his investigation and that he testify before Congress posthaste. They don't know what charges Bragg may or may not bring any more than we do, but that didn't stop them from weighing in with a four-page letter speculating on how whatever Trump's crime was, he didn't do it, and it's too late to do anything about it, and How Dare You Sir.

Jordan and his fellow House committee chair-creatures threw four pages of spaghetti against the wall, and by God, at least some of it has to stick, right?

Nope. That part is all clearly performative. What Jim Jordan is really after is what former Rep. Devin Nunes excelled at; House Republicans are demanding Bragg turn over every last document in the case against Trump so that:

1) They can comb through the documents looking for possible Trump defenses without having to worry about whether those defenses would stand up in an actual courtroom.

2) They can determine how best to publicly target witnesses, prosecutors, and others involved with the case, as Jordan and the others publicly targeted named FBI agents and others during Trump's impeachment probe.

3) They can leak documents to Trump that outline as much of the prosecution's case and evidence as possible, allowing Trump's latest teams of mall lawyers an early map of the case.

Ol' Jim Jordan and his fellow sedition-backing Republicans are acting as Trump's moles on this one. Again. Still.

It's an active criminal investigation, with a grand jury and everything, and House Republicans are attempting obstruction of justice from a perch in which, at least in theory, they can claim legal immunity while doing the obstruction.

Looks like more indictments are coming.
What out-of-character process is being used to obstruct justice? What justice is being obstructed?

You're a fucking idiot. You fucking dickhead idiot. When you are charged with a crime, you are ENTITLED to see all the evidence against you. It's called DISCOVERY you stupid fucking excuse for an idiot. It wouldn't be LEAKING documents to Trump if he's indicted. It would be LEGALLY REQUIRED discovery. Even Trump is allowed to defend himself.

Damn you're a fucking idiot. FUCK YOU.
Don’t sugar coat it. Tell us how you really feel. :lmao:

What's good for the goose is good for the gander. You twats can dish it out, but can't take it. Typical bullies.

How much is this witch hunt costing the taxpayers? How much is the financial penalty for the alleged offense? If the cost greatly exceeds the amount the state could recoup, a whole lot of people will be facing some tough questions by their constituents.

Cohen went to jail for tax evasion and taxi medallions scam. They went after because he worked for Trump.
AND using Campaign dollars for Hush Money payments.
Which he certainly would Not have done without Trump's blessing or Direct orders.
Trump is referred to as "Party #1" in that part of the Crime docs. (unindicted as Prez)

Seems getting under the table money was std practice a TrumpOrg. Got his finance guy and the ORG itself convicted.

"" Finally, in 2016, COHEN made or caused two separate payments to women to ensure that they did not publicly disclose their alleged affairs with a presidential candidate in advance of the election. In one instance, COHEN caused American Media, Inc. (“AMI”), which was identified in previous court filings as “Corporation-1,” to make a $150,000 payment to one woman; in the other, COHEN made a $130,000 payment to another woman through an LLC he incorporated for the purpose of making the payment. COHEN was reimbursed for the latter payment in monthly installments disguised as payments for legal services performed pursuant to a retainer, when in fact no such retainer existed. COHEN made or caused both of these payments in order to influence the 2016 election and did so in coordination with one or more members of the campaign.""

Isn't this about Trump? Cohen has 0 credibility.

Discovery presented to the defensive team happens in court trials. It does not happen before grand juries, which only decide if an indictment is necessary, which produces a court trial. That's where your genius comes into play.

Why is it always the ones that cuss a lot and call people names, that never know what the fuck they're talking about?
I run circles around your sorry ass with every FUCKING word, you dumbass shit for brains libtard.

Smart people have no patience for brainless leftard shitbags.
