In a Republic, actually
‘Trump, seeking to go down in history as the president who carried out the largest mass deportation in U.S. history, deemed that the Biden administration program that allowed Camey and hundreds of thousands of others to legally enter the U.S was actually illegal. Trump has pledged to clear the country of people who are illegally here, but the new criteria is expected to significantly expand the pool of undocumented immigrants.

“If you’re looking for the definition of ‘self-fulling prophesy,’ look no further than Trump’s stream of policies that intentionally take legal status away from people so they go from being documented, to undocumented and then are fair game for being deported,” said Angela Kelley, an adviser at the American Immigration Law Center and a former senior adviser on immigration for the Department of Homeland Security under the Biden administration.

“The Trump administration is creating a larger class of undocumented people by literally de-legalizing them and taking away their work authorization early,” Karen Tumlin, founder and director of Justice Action Center, said in a statement.’

Further proof that the Trump immigration agenda is motivated by racism, bigotry, and hate – seeking to remove immigrants of color who are lawfully in the country by canceling their lawful immigration status to make them ‘illegal.’

This has to be the dumbest ******* argument against getting the border crashers out of here created.....so far.

Just think. If the Democrats would have given them all legal status, we wouldn't have even one illegal in America. Lol.

No hoss, you are the retard. One million immigrants here LEGALLY. Seeking asylum, checking in with immigration consistently, working with a green card, LEGALLY. Now, forced to go underground or leave. Trump is not solving any problems, he is quickly creating them.

Border patrol is showing up at immigration court, and carting them off for quick deportation. In a couple of months, no one is going to be showing up for immigration court. Border patrol is showing up at churches, schools, it is total madness. And very few of those being deported are those violent criminals they like to brag about. No, it is long term residents, maybe been living here, working here, for more than a decade. Central in their community, now ripping them out of that community, leaving a big hole for who to fill? Gang members perhaps? I mean the utter ignorance here is overwhelming.

I mean there is literally no upside here. Already, "ghost towns" are springing up, whole communities have self-deported, many of those businesses serving those immigrants communities simply relocated. Chicken has become problematic, I anticipate pork to not follow far behind. And cattle prices, especially for calves, they are through the roof. The entire supply chain is getting ready to get shocked.

Those claims for "asylum" are bogus, they know it, and nearly all of them will be deported eventually.

And you have literally NFI that they're checking in with immigration, consistently or otherwise....Far more likely they've vanished entirely and have either obtained fake identities, are working off the books on the down-low, or both.

Claims of asylum of which 99.95% are false and even more are denied.
There is no way of knowing that as the administration issued a proclamation suspending the right to seek asylum at the southern border.

Immigration judges have been directed to fast-track asylum cases by potentially denying asylum seekers a hearing. Thus 1.4 million asylum seekers in the US will become undocumented and blend into the population.

It seems very likely the 20 million undocumented immigrants in the US will decrease by no more than 5% to 10% during the Trump administration even if Trump's arrest goals are met and they are all deported which is highly unlikely.

Trump's deportation of undocumented immigrants in criminal gangs has been relatively easy and has met with approval from republicans. and democrats. However, these gangs are a very small part of the total undocumented immigrants population in the US.

In order to meet Trump quotas, ICE must turn to the vast number of undocumented immigrants who are guilty of nothing but overstaying visas and middle class families who depend on undocumented workers who have been in the country a number of years with a clean record. These people are not going to be easy to deport. In general, they can afford to hire immigration lawyers and they have ties to the community, the workplace, and even to politicians.

Lastly, Trump's National Emergency at the southern boarder is going to become a harder sell to the courts when apprehension at the border have fallen to historic lows.

Guilty of overstaying visas is still guilty. I don't care if the task is accomplished by the time Trump is out of office as long as the policy continues.

I want them all out, full stop.

Undocumented or expired illegal aliens from practically every country on the face of the earth are being deported or awaiting deportation.

Every color, race, creed and religion.

Many of your so-called "documented" should never have been allowed-in in the first place.

Consider this a "market correction"... :auiqs.jpg:
