Gutting the criminals in the DoJ is a good start.
I think congress shouldn't get a paycheck, their health and dental insurance cancelled, all of their perks like their shuttle service should be cancelled, until they decide to come to the table and negotiate in good failth.

If I am Trump I start looking at these foreign donations and put them on the table. Both in the discussions he has with Pelosi and Schumer and to the American public when he makes his case.

The more he pushes for this kind of stuff the more antsy they will get. They will realize that not only is he serious, but that he signs the cheques. If Trump sticks to his guns, the Democrats will lose this battle, big time. All one has to do is be willing to take the heat, in the end they take far more as Trump isn't beholden to anyone.
