That is about 10% higher and even that will be difficult to pass. Luckily the rich are so bloated and overly wealthy it will be more than you think LOL. Damn it. Well you should tell the GOP to raise it to 60 which is what the Democrats actually want.
It is so funny watching the usual suspects drone on about how much money they're going to get out of the wealthy by raising income tax. They're so precious, it's unbelievable.

1. There's just not that much income among the wealthy. Tax all their income and you won't get enough to run the government more than a few months, if that.
2. The wealthy didn't get that way being dumb. You try to tax their income and you might get away with it once. After that, it just disappears.
3. If you really want to tax the income of the wealthy, you're going to have to go after capital gains, and piss off a whole bunch of middle class grandma's living off of them.

What you really want is a wealth tax. Good luck getting that passed.

Apparently a few dozen unarmed trespassers really has the Leftards shaken up. Uncle Joe especially. A drunk unarmed guy in a Viking hat almost took control of our government.
Aside from the fact that we are not a democracy but a representative constitutional republic - or at least we were - and that the "attack" was carried out by agents provocateurs of the Democrats in the form of BLM/Antifa confederates dressed as MAGA rally goers and police who with malice aforethought were either were kept away from the Capitol building or allowed the aforementioned BlaM-tifarians to enter the building and in one case assassinated an unarmed rally goer Ashli Babbitt, the absolute ludicrousness of the statement would be laughable were it not for the fact that a large percentage of our population think 9/11 is a convenience store, Pearl Harbor is a grunge band from Seattle and have no idea what the Civil War is.

The same government that shook in fear of being overthrown in Jan also claims that it can't be overthrown by Americans because it has F-15's and nukes. If that's the case, why isn't DC a smoking hole in the ground right now? I mean, we had to stop the overthrow by any means, right?

The crazy thing is left wing/commie rioters have actually taken over areas of cities and prevented lawful governments from enforcing laws and regulations for weeks or even months, yet that somehow doesn't count, right?
That is the correct motorcycle. Not a single one of the rioters had any plan of overthrowing the government, had no idea how they would do so or what they would do should the democrats in charge all run away and give them control. OF COURSE they posed no "threat to democracy" because everyone would have just waited until they were pushed back out of the capitol building, rounded up and put in jail, then business would have resumed. Note that what they were trying to stop didn't even slow down.

Actually, it's kind of funny you should mention that, because the Afgans chased the Soviet Union out with rocks and small arms, which is more than the rioters had with them.

The facts are we are a consumer driven economy. If there was any doubt 2020 should have proved that to be so.

Retail stores on Main Street employ a large number of employees, when customers are few and far between, these employees (who are consumers too) lose their jobs, thus,
  • We saw cars, mostly new cars which have a monthly payments in line to get food for their families;
  • We saw renters and homeowners who cannot pay the monthly cost are today being evicted, losing their equity and becoming homeless (and some losing their car for lack of money to make the cars monthly payment);
  • The fraud "reform" of federal taxes passed by the lame duck H. or Rep and signed by Trump has eliminated the top two tax brackets (good for the wealthy) and reduced Corporate taxes along with their legal deductions to not pay a penny in income tax. These are permanent; the Middle Classes and working poor had standard deduction doubled; yet that will sunset in 2016.
  • All of this and more contributes to the division of wealth, in fact many families have no wealth at all. Many will lose their homes and their cars and be in credit card debt.

Jan. 6 was a protest-turned riot; something we were accustomed to in 2020. In this case, the only death was that of a right wing conservative. All peace was restored by sun down and business was usual. Comparing that to 9-11 and the Civil War is beyond pathetic and shows that Democrats will go to great lengths to play up this event and downplay livelihoods being burnt and looted throughout America. Some Democrats go further and threaten more violence in the streets if they don’t get their way.

So you think it's just grand that the super rich in America are 31% more wealthy since the pandemic started? Or that we have the worst inequality in our history and anywhere by far? Change the channel and get some reality.

Well first the Alamo was not a terrorist attack it was a battle in a war. and it wasn't an attack on the US to begin with since text this was not part of the us at that time.

Pearl Harbor was also technically not a terrorist attack. It was a surprise military strike.
