Arnold, guitar question

Hey, Arnold, not sure if you can help me out with this one or not. The Dillon is acting up a little bit, the low E string registers as the same note on the twelfth and thirteenth frets. None of the other strings do this. I remember you told me once, to check the intonation, you play the natural harmonic on the 12th fret and compare it to the note played. There's a distinct difference between the two. Should I just try tightening the bridge? It's no big deal, really, pretty much the only song I can't play because of it is Black Sabbath's "Paranoid", but I'd like to get it fixed.
