Are You aging gracefully

At 75 I do almost everything that I've done for my entire adult life. I stopped running on purpose, and shifted to interval training on my stationary bike, biking, hiking, lifting weights, stretching, golf, bowling, and taking daily naps.

Because some of these things can be measured, I know exactly how much I am slowing down. At 50 I was driving a golf ball 240-250 yards, and now 200 is a good drive. I ride my bike at 10mph rather than 15, I walk at 2.8mph rather than3.5, and so on.

It isn't graceful, but I can accept the deterioration without too much complaining.
Sounds pretty good for 75

Just kidding. Saving that move for when I get a bit older, I was actually just heading out for some HILL running. just a couple miles worth ;)
Running is too hard on my knees since i have replaced one already. I have an old fashion 21 speed bike, and ride 10 miles twice a week. And i have changed my lifestyle in what i eat. Those have kept me healthy and fit.

Supposedly if you can stand on 1 leg for 30 seconds you are. Passed this fairly easily. 64, up at 6 putting in 9 to 10!hrs a day. Looking good. Feeling Good

This was more difficult than I thought on my non-dominant leg, but I did it. FWIW I did it barefoot. Much easier on the dominant leg.

I found it easier as time went by. The first 10 seconds on my right leg I was started to get worried, then it got easier.

I am 60, weigh less and in far better shape than when I was 50. Plan to weigh even less and be in better shape when I retire at 65

It is a dumb "test". Just another one of those internet click baits so you see advertising.
I can easily do this. Either leg.
If a person can't, and are not handicapped - there is something seriously wrong
