Point to an arrest of an American that isnt legit and i would agree, but judges hiding illegals and Congresswomen punching cops are legitimate reasons to arrest someone. There are no novel legal theories being employed, or statute of limitation shenanigans, or twisting federal crimes to make them state crimes.
