We heard from Dems during the lawfare that if you get a speeding ticket, you shouldn't ask why the other drivers who are going just as fast didn't get one. If you were speeding, you deserve the ticket.

The solution is to end the dirty games. The revenge cycle doesn't do that.

No, but now that Dems are finally getting some back, they will be willing to negotiate if they are wise. If it is only the Dems who do it, why should they give up such a potent weapon?

They're still doing it, even when not in power, by judge shopping for low-level federal judges willing to issue orders to the POTUS about how to conduct foreign policy. It's having an effect. They may decide this is even better lawfare than ginning up criminal charges.

It's going to take several mugshots and perp walks, and some jail time, for Dems to realize their favorite game now has two teams playing.

But, if there is another way the lawfare could end, I'm listening.

This is what Republicans do. I've seen them do it on the state level and I have heard that this Congress might take away some of the presidential powers that every president since Bush 2 has had. We gave them more power than ever before with the Patriot Act. We/they should have taken those powers away but they haven't and Obama, Trump and Biden have all taken advantage of these powers.

I remember the outgoing GOP Majority in the Senate in MI took away power they gave to our Republican governor when Whitmer won.

Point to an arrest of an American that isnt legit and i would agree, but judges hiding illegals and Congresswomen punching cops are legitimate reasons to arrest someone. There are no novel legal theories being employed, or statute of limitation shenanigans, or twisting federal crimes to make them state crimes.

If it requires a shiesty lawyer to explain what the crime is with long winded and confusing legalese speak, then it probably isnt legit (see the Stormy Daniels case for reference).
