I wouldn't be surprised, given how Europe has been cowed by their 'refugees'. They own entire sections of Paris and London.

Churches nowadays are on major roads, non-conducive to parades, like most big institutions. I suppose the people could parade through the parking lot, but that wouldn't work out that well. Its more that parade action in general is declining for several reasons.
