Are trump's policies threatening the loss of a large constituency?

No one denies Dotard's ability to dupe people in to voting against their self interests. Or to dupe people in to voting for a convicted criminal and moral degenerate. However, many voters who were convinced he would end inflation and stop the war in Ukraine have figured out they were conned. Which is why his approval rating is in the area of -15.
Still in need of tissues I see…

Inflation is slowing, wages are up, taxes cut for middle class and seniors, tariffs will bring in1 trillion a year and pay off the deficit, manufacturing investment is up, we have reliable energy policies now, Wash DC is safe, the birder is closed and 2 million illegal trespassers have been deported, DOW at record highs the democrats are ina state of confusion. I just dont see a problem.

When did Trump promise to end inflation?
Did he promise to fight it? Yes . .

Ukraine?
He never should have made any time oriented promises with that one.
Maybe, but I believe in the end Russia will be brought to heel, one way or another…

Just look at Hamas…if Trump pulls that off, he’ll go down as the greatest in history.

Russia is going to have to come to the table.
They are not going to be able to outlast NATO resources. That however does not change the fact that NATO has morphed into a sovereign interest with expansion ambitions.

Was it NATO that invaded Russia, or Russia that invaded Ukraine?

It was NATO that spent 10 years interfering in local politics.... Assassinating local politicians.....
And basically making sure that Russia had no choice but to respond.

What the hell are you talking about?

I disagree with that....NATO, or Ukraine can't force a country like Russia to do anything...The expansionist goals of Putin, dreams of a reconstituted USSR were Putin's aims.

Most Americans Who Rely on Obamacare Live in Republican Areas

More than 23 million Americans are currently enrolled in Obamacare plans, and nearly all of them will face higher health care costs next year if extra federal funding for subsidies expires, as scheduled, on Dec. 31.

Democrats in Congress are withholding their votes on a government spending bill to demand that Republicans extend these subsidies, which lower the cost of insurance for people who buy their own health care coverage in marketplaces established by the Affordable Care Act. Since Congress introduced the extra funding in 2021, enrollment has doubled.

These Americans live nearly everywhere in the country, but their numbers are especially concentrated in a handful of red states whose governments have declined to expand Medicaid programs to cover poor, childless adults.

Fifty-seven percent of people with this type of insurance live in Republican congressional districts.

Gee, imagine that. I'm thinking those folks will never be invited to an event at trump's opulent ballroom that is completely out of character for the WH.

'The whole thing is screwed up': Farmers in deep-red Pennsylvania struggle to find workers

TIOGA COUNTY, Pa. — As House Agriculture Chair G.T. Thompson prepares to introduce legislation aimed at easing the farm labor crisis, farmers in the Pennsylvania Republican’s district are hoping he’s heard their cries that they need more help right now.

In Tioga County, where President Donald Trump won 75 percent of the vote in 2024, farmers are losing patience with the White House’s promise of a quick solution for farm workers. Their urgent need is highlighted by stories like those of a multigenerational dairy farm that sold off all its dairy cows because the owner could not find workers and another where a farmer’s job listings have received no responses.

China’s Snub of U.S. Soybeans Is a Crisis for American Farmers

On a windy September morning, Josh and Jordan Gackle huddled to discuss the looming crisis facing their North Dakota soybean farm.

For the first time in the history of their 76-year-old operation, their biggest customer — China — had stopped buying soybeans. Their 2,300-acre soybean farm is projected to lose $400,000 in 2025. Soybeans that would normally be harvested and exported to Asia are now set to pile up in large steel bins.

Since President Trump imposed tariffs on Chinese goods in February, Beijing has retaliated by halting all purchases of American soybeans.

That decision has had devastating repercussions for farmers in North Dakota, which exported more than 70 percent of its soybeans to China before Trump unveiled the new tariffs this year. Unless China agrees to restart its purchases as part of a trade deal, farmers that depend on the Chinese market will be facing steep losses that could fuel farm bankruptcies and farm foreclosures around the United States.

As we all recall farmers required billions in bailouts during trump 1.0 because of tariffs. Now they are being hurt by a double whammy of tariffs and the immigration policy. But hey, I'm sure the farmers won't mind since Adam Schiff is being investigated for mortgage fraud.

By now people should know what Trump is, bub. At least the honest ones.
