Trump's tariffs leading to welfare farming

I want to be sympathetic, I really do. When you put yourself, your way of life, your future well being in the hands of government policies, you make yourself very vulnerable. When you are bankrupted, you can become a sharecropper on what was once your land that is now owned by one of the mega agriculture conglomerates.

When farmers are taxed out of existence, that's what happens.

So nice to see people with no knowledge whatsoever. The soybean farmers will make more money on the government subsidies than they ever did on retail sales to China. They will do so without lifting a finger. Selective complaints that people have fished up for political purposes in no way shape or form represent the actual condition of the farmers.

The Comment about socialism is mentally vacant because if the farmer and his land were located in China he would be told how much to produce and what he would be paid for it. I don't think his love of socialism would last very long over there.

But you continue to self masturbate and please yourself the imaginary goblins and bugaboo demons.... Hell it's better than sitting down and concentrating on the failure that your life is already.

10 billion is a drop in the bucket and is far more than the total sales were in the first place.
The farmers must be pinching themselves to make sure they're not dreaming making more money than they did before all for doing nothing.
Nice work if you can get it.

With $400b of new tariff revenue, farmers can get $10b to make them whole, until new markets can be found for their soybeans.
USAID?
Yep..... They will make much more money that way than they did with the retail sales to China.

Additionally they can retool. Repurpose the land for a different crop that is in high demand either domestically or in other places. What our dear board members fail to mention is that the farmers who were quoted in these articles are all paid for their opinions. Yep that's right... none of them will speak for free. To get them to complain like that you've got to pay them some good coin.

Trump is screwing farmers so that they have to go him, hat in hand begging for a handout. And they will & when they do you can bet your last dollar that he'll demand something in return, even though he's the one who screwed them in the first place. Then he'll brag every time he runs his yap how he saved U.S. farms.

The guy is a sociopath.
The affected farmers make more money from government subsidies than the will ever make on retail sales. That of course is the very definition of big welfare which is ultimately a losing strategy.
They can re-tool.... repurpose the land. Hell they can rent out to solar panels....a nonbiological crop that doesn't require fertilizer.

Frankly Trump should require something in return.
The US government has NEVER GIVEN OUT AID without strings attached.

Every negotiator sucks to the people being negotiated with.
He losses millions of bushels on sales because of his interference and we the taxpayers have to pay for his crappy business acumen. If you try to support this then you suck as a human just like loser Trump.

So you don't know who actually writes the check for the tariffs. Where the tariff funds actually come from when they enter the US. All that money that Trump and his MAGA flock are crowing about.

No surprise.

Nothing demonstrates the Dunning-Kruger Effect more accurately than Trumpsters trying to discuss macroeconomics.

And you call OTHERS "dumbass". Too funny.
You have yet to prove you know anything about anything!
