As every legal professional has pointed out, the act of getting a non-disclosure agreement isn't against the law........the FEC ruled it wasn't illegal.....and even if Trump did something illegal in regard to the payment it would be a fine and at most a misdemeanor....

On top of that, after 7 years, this is past the. statute of limitations...

I don't even think they really expect anything beyond a fine. They're hoping to damage him in the election, bottom line. If he announced he was retiring from politics tomorrow, this whole thing would evaporate. No....this is far more than that......this is a warning and a threat to all other republicans......Trump has resources to fight this....he can hire lawyers...........a lot of lower level republicans, republican staffers don't have those resources......

Now, if the democrats simply make up allegations against a republican, use a democrat party grand jury, they can indict them and drag them into court......forcing them to bankrupt themselves, like General Flynn.....and this political lynching shows they are willing to do it.....

States don't indict people over federal campaign finance law violations and even the federal government doesn't arrest people over them. It's nothing but TDS abuse of power.

I believe that most Americans will step back, take a deep breath, and come to the obvious conclusion that this "issue" is not about servicing justice to a law breaker.
