Are Republican's claims valid that Trump's indictment is 'political'?

This is stalinist......you can pretend it isn't, but this is the democrat party finally ending their game of elections........any republican or enemy of the democrat party can now be indicted....

As every legal professional has pointed out, the act of getting a non-disclosure agreement isn't against the law........the FEC ruled it wasn't illegal.....and even if Trump did something illegal in regard to the payment it would be a fine and at most a misdemeanor....

On top of that, after 7 years, this is past the. statute of limitations...

So, you doofus.....this is the democrat party trying to jail an enemy of the party, and sending the message to everyone else that they are now going to target anyone who resists with jail.....
I don't even think they really expect anything beyond a fine. They're hoping to damage him in the election, bottom line. If he announced he was retiring from politics tomorrow, this whole thing would evaporate. They might do a plea bargain just to save face, but the unending, irrational democrat hate machine would switch to someone else in a hurry.

No....this is far more than that......this is a warning and a threat to all other republicans......Trump has resources to fight this....he can hire lawyers...........a lot of lower level republicans, republican staffers don't have those resources......

Now, if the democrats simply make up allegations against a republican, use a democrat party grand jury, they can indict them and drag them into court......forcing them to bankrupt themselves, like General Flynn.....and this political lynching shows they are willing to do it.....

This is a political lynching.....a political hate crime....

That is true, and is one of the tools in their arsenal. Go after a small enough fish and use the threat of bankruptcy to force them into confession or to flip on someone bigger.

Or simply keep people from running for office........if you run, and they drag you into a political lynching, you are done........so who is going to run against them?

Absolutely, without question. Bragg doesn't even have jurisdiction in a federal campaign finance law violation case, not to mention which is a civil thing and not criminal. States don't indict people over federal campaign finance law violations and even the federal government doesn't arrest people over them. It's nothing but TDS abuse of power.
Just another reason the case will get thrown out.

cool way of showing you don't give fuck about due process, fucktard.
Nothing to do with my take on due process. You are projecting. You have a guy who has been indicted and you've already tarred and feathered him before he has even had a day in court. What was that you were saying about due process? Try again, moron.

Some law professors stood up for slavery, continuing to use child workers, denying the vote to women, and against marriage between the races. Some law professors are just wrong.
There was no law against slavery, using child workers or denying women the vote. Those things were changed by legislation, not by judges.

This is total fucking bullshit.

Hillary gets fined 8000 dollars for exposing the United States to international espionage, and Trump gets indicted for moving a little campaign money around?

What the fuck - Hillary's people RIGHT NOW are fraudulently charging credit cards to the tune of 10,000 dollars a DAY. In 15 days they get more money than Trump paid the hooker.

This is complete fucking ABUSE of the law.

The Stalinist pigs behind this crap need to be DESTROYED.

I believe that most Americans will step back, take a deep breath, and come to the obvious conclusion that this "issue" is not about servicing justice to a law breaker. We all know that if Trump was not Biden's political enemy, none of this would be taking place. Now, having said that, IMHO, any American that is A OK with this is simply a useful idiot. The "bad orange man" is now a symbol of how the American justice system can now obliterate any political opposition at will. Trump won't be around forever, but the symbol of a presidential candidate that was brought down, using our courts for political power, will live forever...possibly written in history books as the beginning of the end of the U.S.A.

Can anyone truly believe that this is about convicting a criminal, and punishing him for his crimes? Of course not . It is blatantly obvious that our judicial system is being used to prevent our nation from electing the person we (as Americans) would likely vote into office. That's some scary ass stuff right there, no matter what your political affiliations are.

Lol so much stupid in that post. If he committed a felony he most definitely should go to trial. What makes him above the law?

The courts are not where this issue will be fought.

And believe me, it will be fought. Hard. With weapons if necessary.

Stalinism will NOT be tolerated in this country.
of course this is not politcal....trump is heading to the same jail where HUnter, HIllary, Anthony Weiner, and all of the biden crime group are doing time

Biden and Garland are violating their oaths of office.

They are not faithfully executing the laws.
