February 5, 2014 through February 5, 2018 – A long legal battle over the rights of the Loose Canon Complete Second Edition occurred during this period of time. The period of time is referred to as the Psuedo Victorious Defeat. All copies of the Loose Canon Complete Second Edition, the Pastafarian Loose Canon, and the Loose Canon Complete Third Edition printed after the Pseudo Victorious Defeat contains the phrase, “This book was printed after February 5, 2018.” or similar language on the copyright page. If you have a copy of the Loose Canon Complete Second Edition that does not contain that language then you have something extremely rare. Only about 10 copies exist. I say about 10 because I am unsure how many author copies were purchased that do not show up on sales reports. I do not remember it being very many. I estimate that only 2 additional copies exist but I cannot say for sure. It is believed at this time (April 9, 2025) that (name removed) owns one of these rare copies of the Loose Canon Complete Second Edition.

February 5, 2018 – All legal issues regarding the Loose Canon Complete Second Edition were resolved. Some texts were removed from the Loose Canon Complete Second Edition. All copies of the Loose Canon Complete Second Edition printed after this date has 15 pages with the words “(texts removed for legal reasons)” and also contains the phrase, “This book was printed after February 5, 2018.” or similar language on the copyright page.

September 4, 2018 – This is the date that the first copy of the Loose Canon Complete Second Edition was sold after the conclusion of the Psuedo Victorious Defeat.

2018-2019 ish – The date that the Pastafarian Loose Canon was published is not documented anywhere. It definitely happened after February 5, 2018 and before October 18, 2019. The ISBN on file is 9 7 8 1 9 8 5 6 6 8 8 7 4
