Are all of Biden’s pardons that were autopenned signed INVALID?

You keep repeating your belief which is not fact. You have nothing in law to support your point.

Once again, I am asking for it. This was your assertion, so it is your burden of proof.

If you can't do it, you lose.
I will put you out of your misery.

Yes, a U.S. President has the constitutional authority to issue a blanket pardon or amnesty, thanks to the Pardon Clause in Article II, Section 2 of the Constitution. This clause grants the President the power to grant "reprieves and pardons for offenses against the United States, except in cases of impeachment."

A blanket pardon typically applies to a group of individuals rather than a specific person. For example:

  • Amnesty is a broader pardon that generally forgives a group for past offenses, often granted during times of conflict or upheaval.
  • Historical Examples: President Andrew Johnson granted amnesty to former Confederates after the Civil War, and President Jimmy Carter issued amnesty to Vietnam War draft evaders in 1977.
However, this power only applies to federal offenses and does not extend to state crimes. Additionally, the President cannot pardon in cases of impeachment.
I just gave you an article that one of you leftys posted...does that not work for you?

There is no law cited as the cotus doesn't specify, and yes it has been used in that fashion before, but:

These suggest that using a pardon for people who haven't been convicted has happened, it's rare. I'll also add that with the exception of the blanket pardon of Nixon, all the other ones appear to have at least had a crime attached to them.

Overall, the suggestion is that a crime must have been committed

Look at the language of the pardon clause:

What is a reprieve ?

To delay the punishment..a punishment only comes from someone who has committed a crime. The clause is to be understood that a pardon comes AFTER the crime. So, the link Marener posted, is correct, as I also mentioned.

Now, you keep moving away from your assertion that a pardon can be challenged on ethical grounds. Do you have a link to prove that?
Your opinions are not facts. You are finished. Go away.

Really? was the 25th Amendment invoked? Was he impeached? Did he admit to not signing the documents or authorizing the use of the auto-pen?

All you have is your opinion.
And the opinion of the special counsel along with millions of other Americans. Joe Biden was incompetent

Opinions don't matter. Provable evidence is facts. Unfortunately, you have none.

I don't care for Biden or anything he did. I just don't want to push an agenda that can be turned around and used on my side of the aisle in the future. You should care about the same if you are smart.

The Biden regime was so opaque we may never know. Sad

How hilarious would this be?

If none of the pardons of valid, some of these bad actors are in deep doody.

Adam Schiff? Hunter? Fauci?
It doesn’t matter how the pardons were signed, because Biden actually pardoned them all with his mind. The document is just a formality that could be kept in the bathroom, for instance.

Where does it state that in the Constitution?
in the term reprieves and offenses. He can pardon for offenses...this implies a federal crime has taken place. The word reprieve means to delay or reduce a punishment (punishment for what? Obviously a crime).

if that doesn't satisfy thr definition, then we could also say that the cotus makes no restrictions on pardoning future crimes.

You haven't proven anything. You've simply given your opinion. Show me where it says any of that in the cotus. Show me where it says a pardon can be challenged on ethical grounds. Show me where it says he can't pardon future crimes, show me where it says a pardon can be issued to someone who hasn't committed a crime.

I've given you several examples, links, and resources to explain my position. I'd like to see yours now.
