Are all of Biden’s pardons that were autopenned signed INVALID?

in the term reprieves and offenses. He can pardon for offenses...this implies a federal crime has taken place. The word reprieve means to delay or reduce a punishment (punishment for what? Obviously a crime).

if that doesn't satisfy thr definition, then we could also say that the cotus makes no restrictions on pardoning future crimes.
There is no constitutional provision to challenge a pardon. That is by design. Can't you imagine a scenario just like this one where a new administration prosecutes a past administration for things that were actually legal in a kangaroo court, like those held against Trump? The power to pardon prevents all of that. Imagine a Democrat controlled Congress and a liberal Supreme Court conspiring to prosecute members of a Republican administration. That is why the President has the power to pardon, and it cannot be challenged by the judiciary and Congress. If the Founders wanted that, it would be in the Constitution. It actually stem historically from the king's power to pardon when people were prosecuted for alleged crimes by Parliament.

Historical context is important in this matter.

This isn’t about pardoning future crimes. The “crimes” Trump alleges happened in the past.

I will put you out of your misery.

Yes, a U.S. President has the constitutional authority to issue a blanket pardon or amnesty, thanks to the Pardon Clause in Article II, Section 2 of the Constitution. This clause grants the President the power to grant "reprieves and pardons for offenses against the United States, except in cases of impeachment."

A blanket pardon typically applies to a group of individuals rather than a specific person. For example:

  • Amnesty is a broader pardon that generally forgives a group for past offenses, often granted during times of conflict or upheaval.
  • Historical Examples: President Andrew Johnson granted amnesty to former Confederates after the Civil War, and President Jimmy Carter issued amnesty to Vietnam War draft evaders in 1977.
However, this power only applies to federal offenses and does not extend to state crimes. Additionally, the President cannot pardon in cases of impeachment.

Your opinions are not facts. You are finished. Go away.
What offenses against the United States did all those Democrats commit?
