Apparently the First Amendment Only Applies to Certain Journalists

<~~~~~~~~~~>
Then mobs can be arrested and sent to jail for violating the First Amendment and that includes "Journalist" that violate the law..
Nope. Fail

The first amendment refers to the government not individuals

You people are stupid

What is the matter with Conservatives and the first amendment?
Nothing. I made no claims about who is and isn't protected by the 1st Amendment. You're the one that claims the mob can prevent the woman from reporting on their activities but then turns around and claims the church violated Don Lemon's right to report on their activities. Do you understand that you are contradicting yourself?
Lemon did not disrupt the service.
.. and you believe that claim? Becuz??? Why was he arrested?? What's the charge?? Have you read the thread or the police report or the indictment?? Do you choose to ignore these things becuz he's black..or gay.. or liberal??

Lemon was arrested because Trump demanded it

FIrst Amendment protects a free press

Worth reflecting on the fact that Don Lemon wasn’t treated this way by the people whose church he stormed into. They don’t revere journalism; they simply want the power to violently enforce their preferences with regard to which journalists get to do journalism.

Lemon isn't a "journalist." He's a rabblerouser who lives off of click bait and sensationalism.

Congress shall pass no laws…

Applies to the actions of Government not the press

Since it's not apparent to you, or to rebut your ridiculous twisting, the op was about how the left is against Lemon being held to account for his actions, while simultaneously being out on the street attacking journalists for doing their job. You can lie to yourself all you want, nobody else is buying it.

Nope, they cannot be jailed for violating the First Amendment. It is IMPOSSIBLE for me to violate your First Amendment rights.

It is ONLY possible for the government to violate you rights.

Then what was the whole 'gay cake' lawsuit over? And many other similar lawsuits?

...

The US government is facing an insurrection. These people in Minneapolis are traitors siding with a foreign criminal cartel to declare parts of the USA their own against the US government.

Time has passed for talk, it is time now to slap these groups down hard and shut this treason down.

Unfortunately, that's exactly what this is all about, and that's exactly what they want, their end goal, so they can scream fascism all over the media up until November.

More of 47's revenge. Malicious Prosecution at its worst.

public accommodation

Public accommodation is a legal term for places or services that are open to the general public and must treat people equally, without unlawful discrimination.

In plain terms: if the public can walk in, use it, or buy from it, it’s probably a public accommodation.

"Legal Term"

One without merit in most cases.

That's one person imposing their rights against another, nothing to do with the government. Completely debunks your claim.

Nope

If you sell wedding cakes you must make them available to everyone

15th post
Pointless. It wasn’t the government storming and disrupting the church services it was your Nazi’esque heroes.

Those people are guilty of unlawful trespass not first amendment violations
