The state action doctrine which is the dominant legal view is that the first amendment applies only as a constraint on government, not citizens and non government controlled organizations/entities. That said, I can think of a few non-speech crimes the a-holes could be charged with if they did that crap in this area.

What I don't get is why are all of these anti-ICErs all wearing masks when they condemn ICE for wearing theirs?

And why do lone journalists go in by themselves to document anti-ICE activities? If there are a dozen people at a car stop, where are at least FIFTY conservatives going in with baseball bats, tearing down these car blockades? Ripping the masks and shades off these people? Beating them with bats if they must to break THEM up and chase THEM away?

He went into the Church to report an event

Churches are open to the general public and encourage people to come in

When Lemon could see and broadcast the young man in the congregation was frightened , scared and crying and his reaction was understandable because the experiencing was "traumatic and uncountable" what did that mean?

Should people be frightened , scared and crying in their place of worship or when they express their reproductive rights? Federal Civil Rights Law say differently.
