I remember the furor when everyone went nuts because Dubya Bush said the policy of the US defending Taiwan out loud.
Xi at least put the Taiwan takeover well into the future so it shouldn't be a flash point.

Well, it was a dumb thing for Bush to say. Taiwan is an internal matter to China, we shouldn't be involved at all.

We only need to understand that China is moving aggressively toward world domination.

Not sure how you can "understand" that.
