The answer to this is, of course, obvious.

There are only a handful of offenders who do this. Simply don't patronize their threads. They lie outrageously so that their threads are always at the top, full of people trying to debunk lies or hurl the next good insult.

Simply do not enter the thread. Instead, enter threads by people who are reasonable, willing to discuss issues; soon you will find that the spammers fall off the radar.
