Without a hearing, they have no way to prove it... That hearing is their due process.


Our main problem is not funding the Immigration courts to the level they need to take care of the years and years of backlog. We need to do so, asap....with a 'Going to the Moon' effort.

it’s a good way to identify the illegal alien parents, and deport the entire family.

What these illegals are doing to the working class neighborhoods in which they settle is horrible. Here we have non-professional parents (like a garage mechanic and his office-support wife) save and budget to buy a modest house in which to raise their family, and send their kids to school with the hope they can do better and go on to college. So what happens? The value of their little house plummets, along with the caliber of the schools - and there goes all their dreams.

Why not care about the dreams of working-class AMERICANS? Why do you care more about foreigners who flout our laws and make things worse for Americans?

We want criminals to face due justice for their wrong or harm to others in court...ICE should not ever disturb the courts or court house imo.....find another place to make their Perp walk scene....and capture him....imo.

Why is a court any different than anywhere else if the ICE agents wait until the proceeding is over, and capture the person with a valid detainer when they leave said court?

Hell, it's safer for all involved because you know the perp won't be armed leaving a courthouse.
