Nope! Their purpose in the Court house is to try crimes and see that under the law and due process the criminals are ordered to prison by a guilty verdict in their court room, according to the Constitution.

Please show us where in the constitution it gives ICE/DHS/etc permission to disturb the courts and arrest without warrant undocumented immigrants.

It's more important to not take the liberty away from an innocent man, than it is to punish a guilty one....is how our whole justice system is created....

Subpoenas for testimony
Due process rights,
Right to an attorney
Right to a speedy trial
Habeas corpus

And a number of other things not mentioned are all to protect the innocent.

The main reason for the govt using Guantanamo, was so they could hold enemy combatants/terrorists there, without all of their due process rights that they would have gotten if they imprisoned them inside the USA....
