Nope! Their purpose in the Court house is to try crimes and see that under the law and due process the criminals are ordered to prison by a guilty verdict in their court room, according to the Constitution.

Please show us where in the constitution it gives ICE/DHS/etc permission to disturb the courts and arrest without warrant undocumented immigrants.

There is no entitlement protection. Crimes are found to be crimes in a Courtroom with evidence, under a fair process, and are found guilty or libel there, and then carted off to prison if an egregious one....or if in immigration court, deported.

The illegals don’t need to be found guilty of a crime at all - beyond that of their illegally residing here. They can be deported on that alone.

ICE should just conduct raids, and bring hearing officers with them. If the alien can’t prove he qualifies for asylum - and no, being poor doesn’t count - then he and his family get deported.

A growing number of people do not trust and/or like the judicial system. And concern for the safety of judges is reduced from it.
