I'm sure he will get a sentence, but he needs a 1 Million plus bail, as he is definitely a danger to the community.
If I were two years younger, I would agree on your sentencing guideline, but after last week it would be and sound self serving.

As an 83-year-old guy, I agree 100% that the perp should be severely punished.

Of course, little or nothing will happen to the perp.

I often read about people (young & old) being sucker punched by certain young gentlemen.
