Mark Luckie is the brilliant Black computer guru who worked at all kinds of social media companies in Silicone Valley, and then at Facebook he felt that he was being racially oppressed or something, and wrote a scathing internal memo that was "leaked" to sympathetic news media outlets. Remember???

Mark Luckie, who is black, said Facebookā€™s population of black employees is not representative of its black user base. ā€œThere is often more diversity in Keynote presentations than the teams who present them,ā€ Luckie wrote in the note, which he originally shared with Facebook employees on Nov. 8. ā€œIn some buildings, there are more ā€˜Black Lives Matterā€™ posters than there are actual black people. Facebook canā€™t claim that it is connecting communities if those communities arenā€™t represented proportionately in its staffing.ā€ Luckieā€™s note provides an inside look at what itā€™s like to be black inside of Facebook, but it is not the first time Facebookā€™s lack of diversity has been exposed.

What I don't understand is why someone with all his talent, skills, and experience, hasn't done something amazing for Black people?
