Violent Felon with a 40-YEAR Rap Sheet Robs and Guns Down, SSDD.

Gee, guy, not that I care about this subject much, but as long as any idiot who wants a gun can get a gun, stuff like this is going to happen.

So, um, "Thoughts and Prayers".
Nah. **** that bullshit. It's time we get rid of the mental midgets that put these violent fuckers out on the street. As nadler said, it's self defense.

Maybe from the Judge who keeps letting him walk free?
If they dont want to keep people who keep commiting crimes over and over again, year after year in jail...
I understand that. BUT.. if they are going to do that. they need a better solution than letting them assault the public. You KNOW they will do it again, so what would you propose???
I would propose making it illegal to keep a firearm in a vehicle overnight. An estimated 40,000 are stolen from vehicles every year. The irresponsible gun owners need to be charged too.

I think constantly releasing violent criminals is far more irresponsible. How about we charge the judges who continue to do that.

^^^Here's another death cultist getting off on an innocent woman's murder.

They LOVE this shit.

Naw, what you love is "White Women In Peril" stories like this. We have 25,000 homicides a year in this country, why does this one stick out? Because she was white and kind of attractive?

We have a lot of freedoms and a high number of abusers of that. You are at the very least one of them

Hardly. The US is declining on the freedom index. Even faster with Trump in charge.

That's where capitol punishment comes in.

There is no good reason this guy should be walking the streets.

Looks like they may have to make room for him now.

But, "there's no room".

We've released 200 people from Death Rows because they were proven to be innocent, and another 22 who were executed that were probably innocent. Oh, yeah, and it costs more to litigate a capitol case than a lifetime of incarceration...

But by all means, let's indulge your murder woody.

//* Another one in a seemingly never-ending case of heartache and street killings by thugs that should be? put down like SPCA? locked away forever? On a chain gang in the hot sun to death? What do you do with those that won't stop up to murder innocent white ladies? Here comes JoeB131 to say its' the white mans fault. I agree. This SOB should be tossed in wood chipper 25 years ago perhaps (or worse). Daughter in the car also? Are you kidding me? No clear on GP article. But they at least try. Won't find it on your CNN or Snope you garbage feeder pknopp *//

An accomplished young woman had her life snuffed out by a lowlife monster after the judicial system failed in Missouri.

As KSDK reported, St Louis police arrested 58-year-old Keith Brown for murdering a young woman while she was sitting at Starbucks’ drive-thru in the city on Tuesday. The incident occurred on around 10 a.m.

According to police, Brown walked up to the woman’s vehicle and pointed the gun at her. He then ordered her to put her hands up.

The female complied, but Brown killed her anyway. He proceeded to steal her bank cards and driver’s license and fled the scene.

/——/ And democRATs cry for the poor misunderstood krimnal.

You can start with the conservatives on SCOTUS, who ruled that they had to in Brown v. Plata.

A five justice majority of the Court affirmed the prisoner release order.<a Sacramento native Justice Anthony Kennedy wrote for the Court, first chronicling the troubled 11 years California prisons operated near 200% of design capacity. Kennedy then offers a parade of horribles, including 54 prisoners may share a single toilet, suicidal prisoners have been locked for nearly 24 hours in telephone booth sized cages, and that a preventable death occurs once every five to six days. Because "prisoners retain the essence of human dignity inherent in all persons", the courts have a responsibility to remedy violations of the Eighth Amendment's prohibition against cruel and unusual punishment.<a

Kennedy notes that the Prison Litigation Reform Act of 1996 (PLRA) only allows a three-judge court to order a limit on prison population. A three-judge court can only be convened after less intrusive orders have failed and the State has been given a reasonable time to comply with prior orders. Because over 12 years have passed since the initial Coleman order, Kennedy rejects California's argument that it has not been given reasonable time to comply.< Kennedy likewise finds less intrusive orders have failed because over 70 orders have already been issued and the Plata Receiver had stated that a solution other than reducing overcrowding would "all but bankrupt the State of California".

The PLRA's requirement that crowding is the primary cause of the violation is met because, according to Kennedy, deference should be given to the three-judge court's findings. Adequate staffing is unfeasible because prisons had a 54% vacancy rate for psychiatrists and they already "would hire any doctor who had ‘a license, a pulse and a pair of shoes’." This quote was taken directly from Dr. Ronald Shansky (the patriarch of correctional healthcare) in his testimony against the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. Kennedy then catalogs the many ways overcrowding causes problems, noting that orderly trial management requires some deadline to discovery, and that the PLRA merely requires overcrowding to be the primary, not the only, cause of the constitutional violation.

So, to translate that into Mouth-breeding knuckle dragger for you.

Jails too crowded. No one want to spend money to build more jails.

Naw, they needs their guns.

Or we recognize that what we are doing is making this stuff worse.

The criminal here had spent half his life in a prison for previous offenses. It clearly didn't reform him or make him less criminal. Heck, living in an overcrowded, inhumane prison probably made him a lot worse.

Maybe that one sticks out because the story was available? The bigger story is not that she’s a white woman … but you can use that to deflect from the problem of repeat offenders committing worse crimes .
And then the dilemma if there is one is sure you don’t want to keep people in prison forever … but you also don’t want to endanger the public , so What is the solution?
But you revert back to some soft racism being the story here.

We have so many robberies and murders because we have so many people who think that is the only way they can survive. The long term solutions of rebuilding our economy with well paying jobs, and removing the incentives for single parenting so fathers can be dads again, will take decades. Long term solutions are unsatisfying for keyboard pounders who want immediate blood for blood. Hanging all murderers may eventually become standard, but reducing the causes of murders will make the bigger difference.

Bullshit. The moral breakdown in certain communities is not the result of economics. People do not rob to feed the family. People rob so they can buy drugs, funds illegal operations, and do other useless stuff. Economic hardship does not drive black men from their families. A lessoned moral fabric does.

You sound like an 18 yr old college kid. FO.

Probably not

But if we leave addiction and poverty and mental illness unaddressed, but make it easy for them to get guns, you shouldn't be whining about the results.
/—-/ We already spend billions on those programs every year. And nothing gets better.

If this was your mother or sister, would you still defend him?
Where was I defending him? I just point out the reality of the Prison Industrial Complex.

Looks like they found room for him though, right where he belongs.
Great. Which means they probably let someone else out, and that person will commit worse crimes.

So why don't the murders of black people get the same coverage?

And then the dilemma if there is one is sure you don’t want to keep people in prison forever … but you also don’t want to endanger the public , so What is the solution?

Well, first, let's gear the prisons towards actual reformation. Not just warehouses to keep the undeseriables.

In many ways, prisons make these people worse. I suspect that if you got thrown into a prison for 10 years, you'd come out a much worse human being, just by doing what you have to do to survive.

/—-/ We already spend billions on those programs every year. And nothing gets better.

We don't spend nearly enough. Compare what we spend on Middle Class entitlements to what we spend on povery relief, the numbers aren't even close.
