This nation has a lot of great people in it. Politics can blur it somewhat with a percentage of them. Especially the radicals in extremism. We have an issue that we have some local governments in our nation that can look at citizens as chattel as you have to prove to them to their satisfaction. Social media, the internet is largely negative and forums like this we experience it every day. Maybe we have to much introspection in a first world nation. I believe Trump is trying to keep us a first world nation as we are sloppy and to inefficient. People though that are used to things do not like losing them. And we really do need the Progressive Dems to work with the Republicans as we have the chance to clean things up somewhat. So, a shout out to the great people that there are.

But you fail to recognize that you are missing a very very very important part of our justice system....due process for the accused. Law enforcement removing an illegal would have to show they are an illegal before the deporting, if law enforcement is removing them for being a dangerous gang member, they would have to show proof of them being in the specified dangerous gang, (and the accused gets the chance to show they have been incorrectly accused etc...)

then law enforcement/the government can kick their butts out!

No one is saying or arguing in Court that Trump can not use these powers or Acts to do what he is doing, just that there is a judicial and fair process/protocol, that has to be followed....is my understanding?
