[ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S6ZsXrzF8Cc]Tax the Rich: An animated fairy tale - YouTube[/ame]

Tax the rich: An animated fairy tale, is narrated by Ed Asner, with animation by Mike Konopacki. Written and directed by Fred Glass for the California Federation of Teachers. An 8 minute video about how we arrived at this moment of poorly funded public services and widening economic inequality. Things go downhill in a happy and prosperous land after the rich decide they don't want to pay taxes anymore. They tell the people that there is no alternative, but the people aren't so sure. This land bears a startling resemblance to our land. For more info, cft.org. © 2012 California Federation of Teachers

This mantra of "tax the rich" from the Left is becoming quite comical. Taxing the Rich mounts to taxing the high income earners. This is a middle class killer. Anyone also notice that people's incomes are declining?

I think higher taxes for top earners will do. I also believe in voting them out, over shooting them dead. Imagine that!

Did you notice that while wages have been declining over the past 30 years, the CEO's pay has increased 127% faster? You just proved my point. Thanks.

And the letter C is brought to you by OWS. Great propaganda.

They made the video with you in mind. Repeat after me, "there is no other way, there is no other way"...

LOL!

How is it a middle class killer? History has PROVEN that this isn't the case. Our middle class was at its most powerful when the rich were taxed the post.

Correlation does not equal causation of course, but that is my point to you. Higher taxes on the rich doesn't mean it's better for the middle class, but it certainly has been shown that it's not a middle class killer.

California should raise taxes on high earners. I'm sure that will fix the state.
