To your claim, he certainly could be investigated. There were two separate cases which declined to file. Keep grasping at straws like Bragg.

They have shows dozens of emails, and other documentation from Trump where he clearly states that they need to keep the women quiet "Until After the election". He literally sent an email to Cohen, which is cited in the indictment, saying that they didn't even need to pay Stormy Daniels, but just keep her from talking, with the promise of payment, until after the election, and then it wouldn't matter if she talked. That doesn't sound to be like they were worried about his family. it sounds like they were worried that the story would hurt his reputation going into the election.

So IOW, Trump wanted to suppress knowledge of his sexual exploits with a willing partner and paid for that, and Hillary wanted to suppress her actions with America’s enemies and deleted 33,000 emails.

Hillary is far worse. We will never know what she was doing because she bleached out the server and smashed her cell phone to smithereens.

Great news. Glad some Republicans are showing backbone. Dems have thought that they could play all sorts of deceit games, and we would never respond.

And then, we need a DA in Delaware to charge Biden with falsifying records to hide his payoffs from the Communists.

The entire point of this "Indictment" was to prevent any chance of a DeSantis run for the WH in 2024.
The idea was to "whip up" the bases excitement and loyalty to the "Martyr Messiah" and ensure they stay loyal to him.
(Trump will ensure the Establishment remains strong and in control...see Jeff Sessions and Christopher Wray for examples)
You see, DeSantis could get the vote of independents and moderates.....Trump...not so much.
Like I said, Trump's going to jail about as likely as California and NewYork turning solid Red.

It's also a massively successful distraction. Hell, TRUMP is a distraction.
