Costa Rica is nice this time of year and their are some great deals to be had in Haiti

They wouldn't like Costa Rica; too many "environmentalist whackos" down there for their liking.

Haiti, on the other hand, might be just the place. It has none of those pesky, socialistic building codes to contend with and plenty of cheap labor. Almost like a conservatives' theme park (except for the"colored" folk).

What makes me laugh are those like you that feel so srongly FOR the bill yet are not aware of all that is in it.

And sadly, it is designed in a way that you will not really know what is in it for years to come.
