America's National Electrical Power Grid network,to receive $11 Billion Dollar upgrad

I just saw today on the news that, America's National Electrical power Grid network, is to receive an $11 billion dollar upgrade. These funds should immediately go towards the
purchase of State of the Art computer control and monitoring systems and software, that
can prevent brown outs, and major black outs.

This money is to be included in the Economic stimulus package.
