Great point about winning elections to implement policy. ObamaCare a godsend to Republicans and they are managing to mess it up. When the smoke clears after the shutdown and Americans realize how they are getting screwed by ObamaCare, 2014 will be a comeback for Republicans. Core Democrat constituencies will dramatically move to Republicans when the youth get hammered with fines, Seniors get their Medicare shredded, and the middle class watches their premiums skyrocket. Republicans were inept for trying to stop ObamaCare, it's the best gift they've gotten from Obama.
