Did Bragg ask for it or did he agree to it so Trump could sift documents?

Trump wanted 90 days or dismissal of the case. Bragg wanted 30 days, judge ruled with Bragg on 30 days.

Trump's team waited till January to ask for the stuff. A stalling tactic.....they could have done so, 8 months ago, when they first got discovery.

the federal govt held this stuff back from Bragg when he asked for it 8 months ago....need to find out why???

Um they didn’t have this discovery 8 months ago. They just got it turned over. The DA staled by giving it to them at the last minute. The DA asked for a continence, the trump side wanted 90 days and then the DA agreed to 30. Obviously the defense wanted more time to go over the last minute drop of discovery the DA had been holding on to for 8 months or really nearly 8 years when this alledgedly happened

It’s the govts responsibly to make sure they have everything. They dropped the ball. Of course they are going to try and deflect and blame others in govt for their screw up.

Ironically it’s the same xiden DOJ that had the stuff, the stuff that they used to decide not to prosecute trump, that the NY DA decide not to turn over
