In their infinite wisdom, the government decided that instead of rebuilding the infrastructure and attracting business to relocate to Wales in an effort to reduce unemployment. While opening schools for children to learn S.T.E.M. skills to work in modern manufacturing and computer sciences.
That it's better to spend the money buying musical instruments for the children to learn to play. So they can spend their days singing and dancing while living in poverty when they grow up into adults.

I think so. There is probably a Mongolian flute of some kind that wont be available.
They are setting up instrument libraries. I suspect you will have to go to chapel to lean the organ as well.
