It really should not be necessary that we repeat the international boundaries (over and over again with the most recent agreement) as the be the relevant treaties vis-à-vis the West Bank and Gaza Strip. You can throw the Oslo Accords into the mix, but as I understand it, remembering that the Oslo Accords are the agreements between Israel and the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO); the PLO being the sole legitimate representative of the Palestinian People. However, the Jordanians abandon the West Bank into the hands of the Israelis in late July 1988 - three and a half months before declaring the State of Palestine.
