There was no trial!!! So you can't drag up the double jeopardy argument.No. The case is not only not appealable, but jeopardy has attached so it's a done deal.

Possibly. We don't know what the police and prosecution was withholding from defense.Yes, ugly and callously finished in much the same way a woman's life was needlessly snuffed out...a simple NRA gun course could/would have saved her Slow.
You seem a bit tense. You should probably pace yourself. If Orange Man Bad wins in November, you might seize up...Fuck the fuck off. It was ReNaziKlans and MAGA MAGGOTS that the Capitol Building.
NO CASE is beyond being appealed to a higher bench. It need not be accepted by a certain bench but it cannot be refused based on what a lower court judge decides. That's kind of the whole concept behind appeals, innit?Every time a DA makes a mistake it doesn't mean the case is dismissed with prejudice. But when a case is dismissed with prejudice it cannot be refined. Notice that the conviction of that other girl was also vacated and dismissed with prejudice. In this case there was no error. No one made a mistake. The DA deliberately concealed some evidence and altered other evidence. He will certainly be fired if not disbarred.
Except his past actions do not indicate he'd be bothered in the least by feelings of guilt over the killing of a crew member. Karma has a way of leveling things out though.Yes, Alex has handled 'movie' guns without ever having an NRA course.
One person in jail, another wounded, and Alex with a lifetime of carrying what he.
Tragedy.
no, it's a certainty Slow.Possibly.
adherence to NRA gun safety would have negated their involvement. We don't know what the police and prosecution was withholding from defense.
snuff film junkie?'Side I hear the judge likes Baldwin vids.
In the UK, yes, on a shoot a shotgun is passed breeched so you can see it's empty and impossible to fire. You are dumber than Baldwin's scrotum. And by not demanding that the gun laws in place be enforced, you are promoting that ineptitude. BTW, do you ensure a gun is safe when it is handed to you? If you don't, as I suspect, you are dumber than Baldwin.
Well, that's an opinion judgement based on insufficient evidence of 'actor' privilege.Except his past actions do not indicate he'd be bothered in the least by feelings of guilt over the killing of a crew member. Karma has a way of leveling things out though.
Alec was not innocent, but criminally negligence to such a low extent that he may well have been found Not Guilty.I thought you right wing nuts were against government overreach. The negligence was the armory safety chick who went to jail. Alec was innocent. Free Alec!
You are fun to expose and trip up.no, it's a certainty Slow.

snuff film junkie?
Liberal White Privilege is the ultimate White Privilege. The race hustlers and diversity engineers leave you alone in their quest to make Whites pay for the sins of the fathers.Alec Baldwin is proof that white privilege DOES exist, however, Baldwin is conclusive proof that white privilege is only for radical left-wing democrats
If let's say Kevin Sorbo or Dennis Quaid was in this same situation, they would NOT get white privilege like Baldwin got.
The armory safety check is no longer in jail.I thought you right wing nuts were against government overreach. The negligence was the armory safety chick who went to jail. Alec was innocent. Free Alec!
Thus, my sentence perfectly structured as “who went to jail”.The armory safety check is no longer in jail.
That's a lie. No director would tell baldwin to do that. And besides, baldwin was the producer of the movie.
There is nothing to even consider. The prosecutors hid evidence, altered evidence and tried to put an entirely phony case before the court. They got caught. They should be fired if not disbarred for what they did. Why? Why did they phony up this case? Thus, my sentence perfectly structured as “who went to jail”.
