Notice that the conviction of that other girl was also vacated and dismissed with prejudice. In this case there was no error. No one made a mistake. The DA deliberately concealed some evidence and altered other evidence. He will certainly be fired if not disbarred.

NO CASE is beyond being appealed to a higher bench. It need not be accepted by a certain bench but it cannot be refused based on what a lower court judge decides. That's kind of the whole concept behind appeals, innit?
