No one's hired to track balloons ... no one's hired to track aircraft ... this might surprise you, but we don't need government permission to fly our airplanes ... just climb in and take off, if you own the airstrip, who's to tell you no? ... you do not have to use FAA facilities ...

There are rules, just no one out there looking for violations ... having paid $250,000 for just instruments, pilots are considered safe ... that's too much money to kill yourself with ... one thing pilots understand that maybe you don't is how close to death one is in an airplane ...

Military radar is classified ... so their results can't be disclosed to the public ... or our enemies will better understand our defenses and violate them more intelligently ... ha ha .. yeah, Thailand knows exactly where MH370 is ... but Thailand doesn't want anyone to know they have that radar capability ... so they keep their mouths shut ... not their problem ...

That is what the Chinese are doing ... I'm just saying it's not a very good idea ... we have far far bigger worries about Chinese spying than these stupid balloons ... all them Imperial Japanese balloons during WWII only killed six people in the USA, and five of those were little children ...
