That's an extreme sentence. It should be 7 years. He would learn his lesson by then. Why do we have to pay to take care of him for life? Better to execute, than keeping someone caged for life.
BULLSHIT. Still a racist, huh! The is Frist Degree Homicide, he's damn lucky not to get the needle. Of course he might get the shiv.

She was murdered and you know it. Apply the same laws to Her as you were so gladly willing to apply to Floyd.
She was shot legally breaking and attempting to enter the Capitol Building as part of a mob committing an insurrection. He was murdered by a police Sgt. with his knee on his neck for 10 minutes or so. He was crying to breath with witnesses watching all of the time.

You are a damn liar.

your side are damn murderers who willingly and gleefully break every law in the books. You will sit there and defend this bunch as they destroy this nation and destroy you....you don't even realize what you are doing.

If you're going to pull the trigger you had better have full authority. I'd never try to defend anything in the manner they did. There's no point to it.

Effing commie democrats. This has nothing to do with law, justice, constitution or anything remotely american. G** D***** Democrats are effing communist bastards.

attempting to enter the Capitol Building as part of a mob committing an insurrection
And yet NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON has been charged with insurrection

Don't you see how making ridiculous statements like this causes NO ONE to take you seriously?

I am. I expect right to prevail. It isn't about white. It is about justice. It is about the law. It is about unbiased judges and not using politics to come up with punishment.
They chased down and murdered Arbery when he wouldn't comply with their unlawful demands and attempted to defend himself from Travis who exited his truck carrying a shotgun.

And they almost got away with it until Roddy decided to release the video in order to prove their "innocence" <rolling eyes>

Doesn't apply. Double jeopardy prohibits a person from being tried twice for the same crime. Being charged under federal law in addition to state law does not invoke double jeopardy because they are different charges brought by different agencies.
Thats crap

They are being tried for the death of the same man

Its double jeopardy
